Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Your privacy matters, and on an adult platform it matters more than usual. This policy explains what TUNAS collects, why, and what we will never do with it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.
TUNAS has not launched yet. Today this website does one thing: it lets you join a waitlist. That means the only personal information we hold is an email address you chose to give us. Where this policy describes what happens at launch, it says so explicitly.
1. Who we are
TUNAS ("we", "us") operates jointunas.com. We are the data controller for the information described here. To reach us about anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us. Your email address, when you submit the waitlist form. That is the only field we ask for. We do not ask for your name, age, location, payment details or any information about your interests.
2.2 Information collected automatically. Like any website, ours receives basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you visit. Our hosting and email providers use this for security, abuse prevention and delivery.
2.3 Email engagement. Our email provider records whether a message was delivered, opened, or had a link clicked, so we can tell whether our emails are working and reaching inboxes.
2.4 What we do not collect. We do not collect sensitive personal information at this stage. We do not ask about your sexual preferences or orientation, we do not host uploads, and we do not build a profile of your interests from your browsing.
3. How we use your information
- To send you updates about TUNAS and to tell you when early access opens.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To measure whether our emails are being delivered and read.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
4. Legal bases (if you are in the UK or EEA)
We rely on your consent to send you marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time, and on our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and functioning.
5. How we share your information
We share information only with the service providers that let us run this site, and only so they can perform that job for us:
- Cloudflare — hosting, domain, DNS and email routing.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — storing the waitlist and sending email.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. If TUNAS is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, we will tell you before your information moves.
6. Data retention
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes you off the list. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our providers and then discarded.
7. Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe at any time, from the link in any email.
- Access — ask what we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your information entirely.
- Objection — tell us to stop using it for a purpose.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA. We honour these requests wherever you live, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Write to [email protected].
8. Age — strictly 18+
TUNAS is for adults aged 18 or over, only. This site is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has given us information, we delete it immediately. If you believe that has happened, contact us and we will act on it.
9. Cookies and tracking
This site uses only what it needs to function and stay secure. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies here. If that ever changes, this policy will change first and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, and we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small — the best protection for information is not to collect it. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach ever affects your information we will notify you and the relevant regulators as the law requires.
11. International transfers
Our providers operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
12. What changes at launch
Accounts, age and identity verification, uploads, messaging, purchases and payouts all involve information this waitlist does not touch. Before any of that opens, this policy will be replaced with a fuller version covering it, and we will email you before the change takes effect.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as TUNAS develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For material changes we will give notice by email or on this site before they take effect.
14. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints: [email protected].
