Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and TUNAS for the website at jointunas.com and the waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

TUNAS has not launched yet. There are no accounts, no uploads, no messaging and no purchases today. When the product opens, a fuller agreement will govern those, and you will be asked to accept it before you can use them.

1. Eligibility — you must be 18 or over

TUNAS is an adult platform. By using this site you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• you have not previously been removed or banned by TUNAS;
• your use of the site is lawful where you are.

We may refuse or withdraw access to anyone, at any time, at our discretion.

2. The waitlist

• Joining means you consent to receive email from us about TUNAS. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of access, of a particular price, of any feature, or of a launch date.
• Use an email address you own and control. Do not sign anyone else up.
• We may remove entries that appear to be fake, automated or abusive.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attack, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or bypass any security measure;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or submit signups by automated means;
• misrepresent who you are, or impersonate anyone else;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The TUNAS name, logo, wordmark, copy, designs, screens and imagery on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them. Imagery shown in previews of the app is illustrative of the product in development.

5. Third-party services

We use third parties to host this site and send email, and this site may link to services we do not control, including social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms apply when you use them.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. It forms part of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" while we build. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the waitlist, at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUNAS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TUNAS against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Termination

You may leave at any time by unsubscribing and no longer using the site. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — do survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TUNAS develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. For material changes we will give notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

13. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TUNAS regarding this site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
